 Anniebelle Vergel de Dios is an experienced Montessori educator, consultant, and speaker with over 18 years dedicated to supporting children from birth to age three and guiding adults in understanding authentic Montessori philosophy. She holds an AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma and brings a strong foundation in psychology, early childhood education, and Montessori training from internationally recognised institutions. Anniebelle has delivered workshops and webinars for parents and educators worldwide, covering topics such as Montessori principles, child development, sleep, toilet learning, and positive discipline. 

As the founder of Little Hands at Work, Anniebelle partners with families, educators, and early childhood centres to create Montessori-aligned environments and programs. She has established parent–infant and parent–toddler programs, consulted with preschools and daycares locally and overseas, and supported schools in curriculum development, environment setup, and educator mentoring. Her work emphasises empowering adults with practical, meaningful ways to support children’s independence, development, and wellbeing—both at home and in group settings. 

In addition to her consultancy work, Anniebelle has held leadership and teaching roles across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, guiding educators and families with clarity, warmth, and deep respect for the child.
